Brain Cannister Set - Droid Foundry Collaboration
The Brain Canister is either an artifact from a parallel and overlapping universe or constructed from old radiators and broken machinery.
The world will never know.
We have been left unable to investigate further as the intent stares of the Shoggoth known as "Master Mind" seem to nibble on the edges of one's mind. When flanked by the lesser "Intrusive Thoughts", this discomfort becomes almost a migraine.
These creatures and their construct seem content within the walls of the abandoned Factory for the time being and as long as they stay there, we do not consider them a threat to the human race.
This is a one off collaboration with "The Droid Foundry" and the Canister may not be available again.
Master Mind
When an intrusive thought is allowed to fester and develop for too long, it becomes something wholly more worrying. A being of pure reason and logic that is constantly plotting....something.
Master Mind seems to be a natural leader in the protoplasmic community, speaking unknown tongues to it's fellow Shoggoths, keeping them in line when they may overstep or cause harm to their keepers and generally being a positive influence.
Suffice to say, this creature can not be trusted, we will, however, allow it to survive while it continues to be useful to us. After all, a mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Intrusive Thought
Intrusive Thoughts are covered with an ever undulating network of folds and grooves and have a penchant from watching from the shadows.
Although unseen due to their small size, the presence of a Thought can be felt. As you sit down to read a book or write a report, a feeling creeps into your consciousness, gently working at the edges of your mind like sandpaper, just gently scratching the surface. Your eyes dart into a darkened corner only to see a small mass scurry away as your thoughts clear.
Though no harm has yet come of these creatures, we discourage the grouping of more than two or sustained contact. We do not wish to find out what happens, should an intrusive thought become comfortable.
Cast in 60A shore polyurethane rubber and 80D polyurethane resin.
Urethane cast eyes glow in the dark.
