Frostbite - Seasonal Shoggoth
Only making an appearance in the few months we have the correct weather, Frostbite seems to disappear altogether in the warmer weather. Whether changing its form to one more comfortable or, it has been speculated, living as some kind of condensation cloud for months at a time. Though an interesting hypothesis, the official stance is that this theory does not hold water.
Though entirely ferocious, local children seem to flock to the gates whenever this icy creature makes an appearance. On occasion, Frostbite has been known to acquire scarves that are not part of its shifting mass and obviously of human construction. We have decided that this is a benign thing and to not think about it for too long.
